Nancy Johnson is a dynamic human resources leader with over 20 years of experience in crafting meaningful employee experiences. She holds a Bachelor’s in Organizational Communication and a Master’s in Administration and Human Resources from Central Michigan University.  Nancy specializes in people operations, strategic talent management, and gap analysis, helping organizations align their people strategies with business goals.

As one of HR Collaborative’s strategic consultants, Nancy works directly with corporate leadership teams to develop people-centered strategies that drive business success.
